Water leakage test.
A test is carried out to determine if there is a small but significant water leak, this could cause damage to foundations, not to mention water wastage.Gas leak test. A bubble leak detector is used to see if there is a gas leak from your meter to the last appliance in your housemen of the most important tests we do, this could save your life as well as reduce your fuel costs.
Water pressure, ground level/high level. Pressure tests give accurate readings, enabling us to determine if you have to much pressure or if you have to little pressure, most flick mixers are only guaranteed for a max pressure of 500 kpa,pressures above will void your warranty. Too much pressure also reduces the life span of your expensive taps.
Hot water unit. We can determine the life expectancy of your hot water unit, describe the make model size fuel type as well as carry out a pressure relief test (the pressure relief valve works all the time and needs to be checked regularly to increase your life span of your hot water unit). Drip trays will be noted for pressure relief valves.
